Leadership Under VUCA Conditions

Used in the meaning of "unpredictable change", VUCA is one of the acronyms that have attracted attention in the business world recently. VUCA consists of the initials of four words. These are Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity.

VUCA actually refers to four different conditions. If the differences between these conditions are not well understood, and if they are considered as a mixture of the four , there is a danger that company leaders will make the wrong decisions. Another problem is that leaders have no idea how to deal with each of these situations and thus try to find a general solution to all of them.
