Dr. Hüseyin UĞUR

Dr. Ugur is the founder of the National Metrology Institute of TUBITAK, The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. He has managed this organization for 12 years.

Dr. Ugur is a globally reputed authority in the fields of metrology, accreditation, compliance auditing, and quality infrastructure. He also holds Board Memberships in international organizations.

Dr. Ugur has carried out system building, strategy formulation, and project preparation consulting in various countries, within the framework of World Bank and European Union projects.

Previously he has led the National Quality Award process for five years as a Board Member of KALDER, The Quality Association of Turkey.

Dr. Ugur works in The National Innovation Initiative Committees. He has more than 80 publications.
